For their Subscription Boxes, Earthlove curates four boxes per year (one each quarter). For new members, boxes ship within 3-5 business days of signing up unless they have switched over to pre-orders for the next season's upcoming box. Pre-Orders for the next season begin on the 13th of February (for Spring), May (for Summer), August (for Autumn), and November (for Winter). Boxes begin shipping in mid-March (Spring), mid-June (Summer), mid-September (Fall), and mid-December (Winter). Subscription boxes ship via FedEx from their warehouse in Bonner, MT.

For their Online Shop, orders are fulfilled within ten business days unless otherwise specified. Orders in the shop ship separately from their subscription box from their farm in Carnation, WA. They ship via USPS Priority and in some cases FedEx or UPS for large orders.

Regarding their Return Policy, for Subscription Boxes, they offer a grace period of 2 days after renewal to issue refunds minus the payment processing fee.
